Ghanaian gospel singer Celestine Donkor believes that pastors and churches should treat gospel artistes better whenever they invite them to minister and perform for them.

The “Supernatural” singer stated that looking at the investment that she and her colleagues put in their work, “It is an insult to the Holy Ghost” if pastors “bless” them with paltry sums like GH₵ 200.00 after ministrations.

According to her, they go through thick and thin to make sure they churn out quality songs therefore, anyone who invites them for shows and programs should appreciate them well enough to match up with the investments they make.

Celestine Donkor was speaking on UTV’s United Showbiz with ace actress now turned TV presenter, Nana Ama McBrown on Saturday, 29th February 2020.
